A famous singer dies of COVVI-19 three days after giving birth
Malaysia is in mourning. Siti Sarah Raissuddin, famous singer with 2.8 million Instagram subscribers, died on Monday August 9, 2021. The 36-year-old Malaysian star died of Covid-19, three days after giving birth to her fourth child. .
Siti Sarah Raissuddin breathed her last at Canselor Tuanku Muhriz Hospital in Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia. The artist suffered serious complications after contracting the virus from China. She and her family tested positive for coronavirus on July 27.

As evidenced by a video posted six days ago on Siti Sarah Raissuddin's Instagram account, the singer spent the last days of her life with her children: Uwais Alqarni, Dzahira Talita Zahra and Ariq Matin (aged respectively 10, 8 and 6 years old). With an oxygen mask on her face and in a wheelchair, Siti Sarah Raissuddin warmly embraces her offspring on this same video. In addition to her four children, she leaves behind her husband, the famous comedian Shuib Sepahtu.
On his Instagram account, followed by more than 4.6 million users of the social network, the actor paid several moving tributes to his late wife. "I know you did your best, you fought until our child was born safely (...) I love you", wrote in particular Shuib Sepahtu, in the caption of a photograph of him in the arms of his wife.Shuib Sepahtu has received many messages of support from his community in return.
