Salma Hayek: The star reveals the reason why her breasts grew without the help of cosmetic surgery!

During her appearance on the latest episode of Red Table Talk released this Wednesday, June 23, hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith and Adrienne Banfield-Norris on Facebook Watch, Salma Hayek talked about her generous breasts. While she's always said her breasts are real, some people think otherwise. "A lot of people said I had breast augmentation. I don't blame them! My boobs were smaller! So was the rest of my body," the 54-year-old actress said.

Everything is natural. François-Henri Pinault's wife explained that this happened significantly during certain stages of her life such as pregnancy, menopause and periods of weight gain. "For some women, they get smaller. But for others, when you gain weight, your breasts get bigger," she continued. "When you have children and are breastfeeding, your breasts get bigger and don't shrink, and then in some cases when you're in menopause and they grow back," she added. "I happen to be one of those women to whom this has happened at every stage! When I'm gaining weight, when I'm pregnant and when I'm going through menopause."

The star that we saw in Desperado, Wild Wild West or Frida mentioned an anecdote related to the movie Matrix in which she almost starred.

“We overcame a lot of hurdles,” she said of the auditions. "It was the physical test. I'm flexible and nimble, but I'm lazy," Salma Hayek explained of why she failed to land the part of Trinity that Carrie-Ann Moss eventually got. "I never really went to the gym, they said, 'You have to run!' (…) I could not even go around the room once”, she explained. "They never called me again after that day." Jada Pinkett Smith was also applying for the role. Although she couldn't get it, she still appeared in the cast as the character of Niobe.
