The Rolidoo project is a bit like Sophie Tovagliari's last "child".Educator specializing in the Montessori method, this mother of several children, including a premature man (born at 6 months) and a little girl with behavioral disorders, was keen to create toys in line with her values.The creator of the brand presented these games to us, right in the era of time, and adapted to the little ones from 6 months to 6 years old.

"This project is the culmination of all my professional and family life," says self-entrepreneur."These are my children who, by dint of seeing me complain about what was offered in the trade on the shelves of the games for children, told me: why would you not create your own brand of toys?»»

The idea made its way, before materializing a few months ago with her meeting with Pauline, her partner, the illustrator who drew the funny boils of these characters imagined by Sophie.

Roolidoo, little "choux" companions

The roolidoo are small guys with hats that can be put or remove."Rather cabbage companions", laughs at the designer of the concept."There are lots of possibilities to develop the characters," explains Sophie.She gives as an example the fact of offering toddlers to discover various materials to touch, then, for later, to let them create stories.She imagines that these toys will be able to invite themselves in various activities (count, hide little words, play in the bath ...).

“In the educational method inspired by Maria Montessori, touch is very important.She also says that "the hand is the outside brain".We learn a lot, toddling, creating things, ”explains Sophie.

For all children

Rolidoo toys are also intended to include.Sophie aims that they are suitable for all children, especially those with a handicap.For example, it will offer a versions adapted to unaccompanied, with engraved faces.She also specifies that the tailoring side of the characters wants to be soothing for children with behavioral disorders.

The little extra, social and united

To go even further in the inclusion approach, the Rolidoo brand will entrust the packaging and package of its toys to people with disabilities, and work in partnership with an ESAT (Establishment and Aid Service by thework).The making of certain accessories will also be entrusted to a professional reintegration workshop.

Natural and ecological products

In addition to being evolving, the rolidoo are ecological.They are made of natural and recyclable materials (raw wood from sustainably managed forests and natural rubber) and repairable.They will be sent to "ready-to-offer" boxes to avoid over-assessment and their notices are put online to limit prints."I thought everything to be a maximum in a local and ecological approach," sums up the business chef, which recalls that they will be manufactured in France.
