A mountain of donations for Afghan refugees at the town hall of Lille!

After Martine Aubry announced that Lille hosted Afghan refugees fleeing the takeover of the Taliban, the city has organized a collection of clothing donations since Monday, August 23, 2021 at the town hall.The mayor of Lille was on site this morning and was able to see the beautiful impetus of Solidarity of the Lille.

Many donors

Martine Aubry is satisfied with the strong mobilization in Lille around refugees."I salute the generosity of Lille and traders in particular of Wazemmes who have shown great solidarity," she thanked surrounded by a pile of clothes and objects given.
