Haute Garonne. The Kiabi brand buys and sells second-hand clothes in a first store
Kiabi is embarking on the purchase and sale of second-hand clothing in its Saint-Gaudens store, the first in Haute-Garonne for the French ready-to-wear brand.
"Faced with a growing appetite for second-hand goods", the French No. 1 in ready-to-wear, Kiabi, does not intend to leave the field open to the best sellers in the sector, such as Vinted.
The brand now offers second-hand items for sale on its website, but also recently in a few physical stores. Dedicated second-hand “corners” have been installed in several stores since the start of 2021. The first in the region has just opened at the beginning of September in Saint-Gaudens (Haute-Garonne), south of Toulouse, where some 19 m2 is devoted to this activity.

This second-hand activity project is part of the brand's CSR program, "for more responsible and environmentally friendly fashion. environment ". Kiabi says it wants to become "a key player in the circular economy".
