Income tax 2021: insulation, boiler, solar panels are we entitled to a deduction?

Today: is it possible to have a tax deduction in the event of insulation work, change of boiler or installation of solar panels?

energy saving work
For energy saving work carried out in 2020, several aid schemes are likely to apply depending on the nature of your expenditure and your household income.
The most modest households can benefit from Ma Prime Renov' paid by the National Housing Agency. The amount of the premium varies according to the materials and equipment within the limit of a ceiling of €20,000 for work for a maximum period of 5 years. Middle-income households can apply for the energy transition tax credit in their tax return, if the conditions are met. The wealthiest households can benefit from the energy transition tax credit for specific expenses. Click here to learn more about CITE.
From 2020, expenditure on the acquisition of high or very high energy performance gas boilers and gas micro-cogeneration boilers are no longer eligible for the energy transition tax credit. Oil boilers are no longer eligible since 2019.
insulation
If you have done insulation work in your main home, to spend less, you can benefit from a tax credit for the ecological transition. It is granted subject to means testing. The expenses had to be paid during the year 2020. The company must be certified RGE ("recognized guarantors of the environment").

The tax credit cannot exceed 75% of the value paid by the owner. It is capped at €2400 for a single person, €4800 for a couple with joint taxation and €120 per dependent.
The solar panels
If you have decided to install solar panels, your photovoltaic installation can be supported, in part, by public aid. The acquisition of aerovoltaic solar panels, which combine solar photovoltaic and solar thermal, gives the right to a tax credit of 30%. The dwelling must have been built for more than two years. And second homes?
Work carried out in a secondary residence cannot benefit from a deduction on your income tax return.
Deadline for 2021 income declaration: May 20 for the paper declaration; May 26 for the online declaration for departments between 01 and 19; June 1 for departments between 20 and 54; June 8 for departments beyond 55.
