Limitation of travel - Prohibition to change region, except to take the children to grandpa and grandma?

From April 5, travel between regions will be prohibited, the President of the Republic announced on Wednesday. Although the other traffic restriction measures come into force this Saturday, Emmanuel Macron wished for tolerance during this Easter weekend, "for our citizens who wish to change regions to go and isolate themselves".

It therefore seems that, like what the Prime Minister says, taking your children to their grandparents is fully considered an exception to the ban on interregional travel. Good news for all parents who work or telecommute when schools and leisure centers are closed.

Please note that the certificate adds that "persons wishing to benefit from one of these exceptions must bring, if necessary, when traveling outside their home, a document allowing them to justify that the trip considered falls within the scope of one of these exceptions."
