The City of Marseille is organizing a collection of Christmas toys of the poorest.As the holiday season approaches, the Marseillais are invited to deposit their donations at 42 Canebière before December 24.
The ephemeral solidarity collection point opens at 42 Canebière this Saturday, December 4.The city recovers clean toys and in good condition for children who will not necessarily have them.These will be recovered by UNIS cited.The association will then redistribute to its colleagues who accompany people in precarious situations.The youngest will have something to celebrate Christmas.
The call also invites you to give gift boxes.They will be offered by the social samu of the city of Marseille during future marauds.These presents are intended for homeless people and their pets.In a shoe box type packaging, put up warm clothes (gloves, scarf, hat, etc.), gluttony and accessories for their animals.All with a benevolent word to wish a great end of the year.
Marseillais can give their gift toys and gift boxes on Wednesdays 8, 15 and 22 December from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays December 4, 11 and 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m..The city's information chalet located on the Vieux-Port Christmas market, Quai de la Fraternité, also awaits your donations from the rest of the week.Santa's hood located in front of them will welcome them.It will be accessible from Sunday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m..
