Aline Gilbert and Christelle Molteni, co-managing and associates of the Les Services de Aline network, return to the success story of their high-end concierge concept.
All the franchise: Can you introduce yourself and present the brand to us?
Aline Gilbert: I created the high -end concierge activity "Les Services d'Aline" in December 2010 to meet the needs of the Morzine ski resort (74).Building on the success of this first establishment and excellent customer feedback regarding the quality of the services, the deployment was subsequently done on other stations in Haute-Savoie.
Christelle Molteni then entered the activity by becoming the 1st franchisee of the brand in December 2016.Other locations then followed.We are now the two co-managers of the "LSA Franchise" holding company who chaps the services of Aline.
It is important to note that our professional careers - in management of national projects within the head of banking groups for me, and coordination of national sites with large telecoms groups for Christelle - are different but perfectly complementary.This history and this mixture of skills give the whole soul and the qualities of the group "Les Services d'Aline".
TLF: Why did you choose a franchise development?
Aline Gilbert and Christelle Molteni: for 6 years, we tested and experienced our concept on several places.Development was done without any communication tools but exclusively by the correctness of our tools and operating modes and word of mouth.These are the customers/prospects who have asked us to intervene in new places.These repeated requests in new sectors, while providing the same quality of work, pushed us to consider the franchise deployment.And, for 4 years, we note that franchise development has responded to market demand: targeted implementation, specific process, suitable tools, etc..
TLF: What is your competition and how do you stand out in relation to it?
AG and CM: Aline's services is the only high -end concierge network in France!
Of course, there are other players present on this promising market, but they do not have suitable means (for example the self-employed entrepreneur who launches in concierge), are not sufficiently trained for high-end goods (For example, cleaning companies that are not focused on the notion of meticulous cleaning) or simply do not do cleaning (many concieries are only related).
Aline's services is a reliable because structured, professional and viable network for almost 10 years.
TLF: Where are you in your development?
AG and CM: we are a young franchise network, even if the activity has existed and has been developing for almost 10 years now.The success of our first 6 establishments, including our 2 branches, allows us today to calmly consider the deployment of our innovative concept throughout France.
TLF: What are your goals for 2020?And term?
AG and CM: we ambition a deployment of 8 franchisees per year on the national territory.We wish a controlled deployment and allowing to keep our dimensioning on a human scale.
TLF: What profile are you looking for for your candidates?
AG and CM: We are looking for people with a strong desire to create a company marketing services to real estate agencies or quality property owners.These entrepreneurs must have an ease in the human relationship because they will have to manage several teams and manage high -end customer relations.The capacities in organization and coordination and rigor are the factors of the key to success.
TLF: What is the journey of a candidate for contacting his agency Les Services d'Aline?
AG and CM: If during the first contact, the candidate testifies to a strong motivation and presents the qualities sought, we meet him in our premises.
Several meetings are then made to verify that our franchise is in line with its project and profile.
TLF: Do you offer training and, if so, how does it go?
AG and CM: Yes.After signing the franchise contract, our franchisees benefit from training when starting their activity.This is made up of two parts: a field part and a theoretical part, in order to send it all the right tools and reflexes to calmly start its activity.
As part of this training, we approach all the components of the activity: administrative, IT, business techniques, organizational process, assistance/advice on commercial and recruitment, monitoring and activity management, etc..The entire operating manual is therefore taken up and put into practice as much as possible.
TLF: What tools and services do you bring to your franchisees once active?And how is network animation?
AG and CM: all along the duration of the contract, the franchisee benefits from continuous training on the points of its activity as well as support by our network facilitator.This training and this support take various forms in order to energize exchanges: workshops, individual appointments via visits and via telephone, appointment breakfasts for exchanges, annual seminar, etc..These meetings allow us to exchange constructively, to provide the advice, aid and information necessary for each
TLF: Are the franchisees of Aline's services involved in the development of the brand?
AG and CM: a franchise network consists of a franchisor and its franchisees.The strength of the group therefore lies the qualities of each.We are all linked to each other: "Only we go fast but together we go further"!So, yes, our franchisees participate in the development of the brand.
TLF: What is the ideal franchisee for you?
AG and CM: For us, the ideal franchisee is the one who wishes to have his business while relying on a network.Only the synergy between the two parties will make the strength of the group!
