How did you adapt to the COVID crisis?
We have been extremely well suited to the covid crisis: we have made a fairly strong support for our franchisees, so that none of our franchises has put the key under the door, everyone left, and we had aVery strong growth at the end of the crisis.
What are your development ambitions and prospects?
Our development ambitions is that, with already 175 branches and nearly 200 franchises, we want to open around fifty franchises per year and therefore continue our development.

What is the ideal franchisee for you?
